Feeding method
The ring die granule machine adopts mechanical forced feeding, high-speed rotary centrifugal distribution into the granulating chamber, distributes the material through the scraper, and the feeding is uneven; the flat granulator enters the pressing chamber vertically by the weight of the material itself, and can be evenly fed. .

pressure
In the mold of the same diameter, the diameter of the ring die is limited by the diameter of the ring die, so the pressure is limited; the diameter of the flat die is not limited by the diameter of the die, which can increase the space of the inner bearing. The bearing capacity of the bearing enhancer not only increases the pressing force of the pressure roller, but also prolongs the service life.

Discharge method
The ring mold belongs to a high speed, and the breakage rate is high when the material is discharged; the flat mold belongs to a low speed and the breakage rate is low.

Pressure roller adjustment
If the ring die granulator uses two screws on the eccentric wheel in the middle of the pressure wheel to adjust the pressure; the flat die granulator adopts the thread screw column m100 center adjustment mechanism, the top force is 100 tons, the drop is smooth, the touch is soft, the pressure is Evenly. Rotary manual and hydraulic automatic adjustment can be used.

From the comparison between the flat die and the ring die, we can see that the flat die has a larger pressure than the ring die, so it is lighter for materials such as wood chips and straw, and it is better to use a flat die for the coarse fiber which is difficult to form.
