Flavio Corsiin is a fishery consultant specializing in environmental protection organization WWF. He is dedicated to the research of the Vietnamese carp (Pangassius) industry. Before 2003, Vietnam did not have any obvious measures to export squid to the EU. In 2007, Vietnam exported $3.75 billion worth of aquatic products, including 1.5 million tons of squid (Pangassius), half of which was exported to the European market.
